customer. These terms and conditions, along with your Order Confirmation, constitute the Contract
between us and you for the supply of Products, and no other terms and conditions will apply. The
Contract cannot be modified unless we agree otherwise in writing or by email.

following terms and conditions:
Accuracy of website information:
We have made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate; however, no
warranty is given as to the accuracy of the information provided; you should not use the Site to diagnose

When purchasing any product or through this Site and/or any Third-Party Site, you use your own
discretion, and we disclaim all responsibility for the professional qualifications and licensing, as well as

Party Site. If you feel you are ill, we highly advise you to consult a doctor or a health expert. You should

Product Description
We shall attempt to guarantee that any modification in the specification of the items does not adversely
affect the performance of the products delivered. Price and availability of products are subject to change,
and we retain the right to remove any product from sale.
Order confirmation
By placing an Order, you are making an offer to us to buy the Products you have chosen under these
terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our sole discretion. If we accept your
Order, we shall notify you of our approval by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send you your order
confirmation via email.
If you specified an e-mail address on your Order Form, we shall enter into a contract when we send you
that e-mail.
A manifest of the product ordered will be sent along with the goods
Price and Payment:
You will pay the price of the product as stated on our website or as notified to you by our Sales Advisor
on the Sales Phone Line at the time your order is accepted. Our prices include VAT at the applicable rate,
but do not include delivery costs. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque upon order
acceptance. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your card or a cheque refund. We do not store credit
card information or share it with third parties.
Delivery:
Your purchase will generally be despatched within ten days of receiving your order. Repayment will be
restricted to the amount of our liability to you if we are unable to deliver to you the Products you have
requested. Normal delivery charges are £5.50 for each order to be delivered to a UK address.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy:

Please include your order number. You must use reasonable care with the item(s). You will be
responsible for the delivery charges of returning any order unless the items are damaged or do not match
any description we provided.
Liability:
To the extent permissible by law, we exclude liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or
damage resulting from the use of our products. Your statutory rights will be unaffected.
Privacy:
When you place an order with us, your email address will be added to our mailing list to get news and
special offers. From time to time, we may make information from our customer database available to
thoroughly vetted third parties who may be of interest to you for marketing purposes. If you want to delete
your address, please write an email to info@wellthrivelimited.com and request “REMOVE FROM MAILING
LIST.”
Law:
The contract between us shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in English
courts. Any disagreement that cannot be resolved via negotiation shall be submitted to Sole Arbitration
under the London Chamber of Commerce and its rules. Such arbitration will be held in London.
